Zach was a NOAA EPP Earth System Sciences and Remote Sensing-II Scholar in Cohort 1 at the Graduate Center, CUNY. He earned his Ph.D. in Geography. Zach’s research looked at Market and Municipal Finance Research focusing on understanding In/Equitable Adaptation Pathways along the New Jersey Shore. He joins CESSRST as a Post-doctoral Fellow.
