Ryan is a NOAA EPP Earth System Sciences and Remote Sensing Scholar at the City College of New York. He is an Electrical Engineering Ph.D. candidate studying computer vision. His research interests are in adapting machine learning techniques to develop and improve physics based climate models. He is currently working on landslide susceptibility mapping of Oregon.
