Cohort Level: Cohort - III

Career Goal: As a chemical engineer I plan to use my engineering background along with my researching skills with the atmosphere to help with purifying water and finding better methods to keep our atmosphere clean.

Expected Graduation Date: June 12, 2022

Degree: B.S Chemical Engineering

Research Title: Seasonal Cycles of Aerosol Optical Depth over Hampton

Research Synopsis: My research involves calculating seasonal cycles and associated statistics from measurements obtained from the AERONET Sun Photometer system at Hampton University. Furthermore, comparisons between these measurements and those from NOAA’s operational aerosol and air quality products will be compared

NOAA’s operational aerosol and air quality products will be compared.
